Executive Coaching

EXECUTIVE COACHING SCENARIO

You have executives who are technically and functionally very competent. Unfortunately, those skills aren’t enough. For deliberate success, today’s executives must master a variety of leadership skills, such as making decisions with limited information, creating innovative work environments and learning how to attract, retain and motivate best athletes to positively grow businesses. They must also be able to communicate effectively with a great variety of people to drive the performance of those around them. Leaders must be able to provide the fuel for common people to achieve uncommon results.

Customized Executive Coaching

Every company and every client is unique. We’re not psychologists. We’re business people. Business people who understand that maximizing the leadership ability of executives can maximize your bottom line. And we are experts at doing just that.

An executive coaching assignment generally takes place over the period of one year. We start by learning our client’s business and how each individual impacts their area of responsibility.

Next, we meet with leadership and an individual staffer to create a mutual strategy on how to approach the coaching engagement. We then determine the type of assessments (the data) needed to provide the best analysis of their current leadership effectiveness. Humanetic believes that it is imperative for the assessment process to be designed so that they align with your company’s vision, values, culture and competencies.

After gathering the necessary data, we provide the individual with an objective, detailed snapshot of their current performance. Then together, we develop an action plan that allows the executive to leverage his or her strengths and address their areas for improvement.

Then, the heavy lifting begins. To ensure that positive changes are effected, Humanetic observes the executive in a variety of workplace settings without intrusion that could alter their behavior. We then provide real-time feedback and coaching on an ongoing basis, so that the executive gets constant reinforcement of each point agreed upon in the action plan.

Comprehensive reassessment typically occurs one year after the initial assessment. This allows us to trend an individual’s performance and show progress in a very tangible sense.
