After partnering with you to learn the business, we work with key team members to identify goals and objectives for the team-development training. The work can take place either off or on-site, and may involve the following:
- A quantitative, normed assessment used to provide the team with a clear picture of their current state
- Qualitative data gathered from one-on-one interviews, also used to provide the team with a clear picture of their current state
- Team analysis of the data
- Team identification of key action items that if implemented, would result in optimal team performance
- Specific training, skill development, tools and follow-up, necessary to maximize team performance
